Marc S. Wiesner is an attorney licensed in California practicing primarily out of Santa Clara County. A life-long resident of Santa Clara County and the San Francisco Bay Area, Mr. Wiesner graduated from Santa Clara University School of Law in 2013 and became licensed to practice law the same year.
Throughout law school and after passing the bar, Mr. Wiesner has focused heavily on litigation. Mr. Wiesner has both state and federal criminal prosecution experience, local criminal defense experience, personal injury experience, and adversarial administrative law proceedings. Mr. Wiesner has argued both trial level and appellate cases.
